We may collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you contact us, sign up for our text club, or interact with our storefronts on Amazon and eBay. Order and payment information for purchases is collected and processed directly by Amazon and eBay under their own privacy policies — we do not receive or store your payment details.
If you opt in to the Radiance Mart Text Club by texting a keyword to our number, we collect your mobile phone number and opt-in timestamp in order to send you the marketing messages described in our Text Club Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, send the text messages or emails you've opted into, and improve our products and service. We do not sell your personal information.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You can opt out of email by using the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also contact us directly at sales@radiancemart.net.
